Site design will be responsive – meaning that the appearance of the site will automatically adjust for desktop tablet and mobile-sized screens. Configure site to allow client to add text updates in blog format. Embed or link existing client Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube accounts. Site will be SEO (Search Engine Optimization) ready and enabled, but regular SEO services would be separately-priced.  Add code provided by client for MSL listings.  Add Real estate component to allow client to feature properties.

Annual Basic Maintenance and Support – Includes website hosting, Security and component updates, website backups, response to client questions, SSL certificate, and minor text edits such as phone number, address, or hours of operation changes.(First year free.)

Testimonial feature to allow customers to add reviews. Testimonials will have to be approved by site admin to appear publicly on the website.

Design a professional logo. Deliver design in bitmap and vector format. (Payable only if you like it)

Annual Domain Name registration and renewal.  (Client has and maintains own domain name)

A Newsletter feature as part of the website. Newsletter feature will allow client to prepare and transmit newsletters to various lists, create and edit mailing lists, review statistics. One time template setup and configuration  It is $200 if you wish to add that.

Annual fee for the newsletter for Sending Service and component license. $125 if options desired
