Professional Website development – 

Design and create a professional quality website, built on current code. Include client content. 

1. Site design will be responsive – meaning that the appearance of the site will automatically adjust for desktop tablet and mobile-sized screens.  
2. The layout of the website would be easy for visitors to navigate
   to the information that they need with minimum clicks – to be
   accomplished by a well-designed menu structure. 
3. Upload PDF files to the website. Add professional images for visual appeal.  
4. The site will be built on a server with a secure socket.  A HyperText Transfer Protocol Secure (HTTPS) will display on all browsers which allow all communications between the visitors’ browser and the website are encrypted. 
5. Configure the site to allow the client to add text, photos, embed
   videos, and text hyperlinks in blog format or front page notices. The
   client may designate authorized personnel to access the site and make
   edits to site content. Such a person must have the proper training to
   ensure proper sizes and content is applied.
6. Add a staff directory.  
7. Embed or link existing client Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube accounts.  Include social media feed to the website.  
8. Work with the third party to embed any script provided or third party links to a portal and any other
   site location. 
9. Functionality will be provided on the new website to allow persons
   to send a message directly to the clerk via email.  Persons will have
   the ability to enter: Name, email address, phone number, and message. 
   After submitted the message will only be sent to the email address that
   the District Attorney may designate.
10. Add Google analytics of the site for client’s direct access to
    view reports in real-time. The site will be SEO (Search Engine
    Optimization) ready and enabled (However, ongoing SEO services would be
    separately-priced if desired).

Strongly recommended option: Make site
compliant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) by adding
screen reading capability and buttons for making the screen more
readable for the visually impaired.
