    Professional Website development –
    Design and create a professional quality website, built on current code. Include client content. Site design will be responsive – meaning that the appearance of the site will automatically adjust for desktop tablet and mobile-sized screens. Configure site to allow client to add text updates in blog format. Embed or link existing client Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube accounts. Site will be SEO (Search Engine Optimization) ready and enabled, but regular SEO services would be separately-priced. Client to provide content in digital format (By email or shared document.)

– Newsletter feature as an added option. One time template setup and configuration $100 (Annual fee for newsletter bandwidth use. (First year free if Newsletter Feature is desired, $50 annual fee after the first year)

Our Agreement and Terms is attached to this invoice in PDF format. Please sign and initial the agreement. 50% down payment due upon agreement and the remainder due upon project completion.

Solia expects payment upon receipt. There will be a 1.5% interest charge per month on invoices that are over 30 days.
