Our long-time client, Miami-based Toke (pronounced “Toe-Kay”) Shoes, is the exclusive US distributor for high-end children’s shoes imported from Brazil and Peru.
The client distributes its shoes through many quality stores throughout the United States, but wanted to offer an alternative for its distributors to order new stock and for buyers who live too far away from retail stores that sell Toke shoes.
To meet that client objective, we developed and deployed a state-of-the art web commerce for Toke. The site reflects an uncluttered appearance, which was strongly preferred by the client However, the core offers many advanced functions.
The client can manage its stock, product images, descriptions, prices and everything else about the products. The client can update orders as they are processed, including designating when orders are shipped, modified or refunded. The site automatically notifies the buyer of all such status changes.
The site is integrated with social media. For example, its easy for customers to post products they like directly to Facebook, Google+ and Twitter.
